GENERAL QUESTIONS


What happens to a benefit amount that has not been used by the end of the benefit period (end of the calendar month)?
All unused balances will expire at the end of the benefit period (end of the month), so check your plan, make recurring orders and make sure you don't leave any funds unused.
When will my balance be refilled?
If you are covered with the CommuniCare Advantage Comfort Care Items benefit, your benefit allowance will be added to your account on the first insurance coverage day and subsequently renewed on the first day of each month.
How can I check my CommuniCare Advantage Comfort Care Items benefit balance?
You can check your CommuniCare Advantage Comfort Care Items benefit balance by logging into your account at cca.otcstores.com (registration required). You can also get information on your balance by calling our Customer Service at +1(855)514-3399 (TTY: 711).
What payment forms are accepted by OTC Stores?
At the moment, all OTC Stores orders can be paid using CommuniCare Advantage Comfort Care Items benefit, which is determined by your CommuniCare Advantage plan.

PLACING AN ORDER


How can I place an order with OTC Stores?
You can order online at cca.otcstores.com (registration required) or by calling our Customer Service at +1(855)514-3399 (TTY: 711) (member ID and date of birth verification required). Please note that all over-the-phone orders should be made personally by the benefit holder or by an official representative (including, but not limited to: family members, caregivers, nurses, or brokers).
I don't have an email address. How can I order online?
You can register online by using either an email address or a mobile phone number. If you don't have an email address, you can provide your mobile phone number and receive a verification code in a text message.
May I call to place an order?
Sure. Just call +1(855)514-3399 (TTY: 711), and our Customer Service team will guide you through the ordering procedure.
What are Call Center business hours?
Our call center is open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.. Monday to Friday, except for Federal Holidays.
What are your language capabilities?
We speak English and Spanish.

Can I order items that are not listed in the catalog?
CommuniCare Advantage Comfort Care Items benefit can only be used for items in the catalog. However, we genuinely appreciate your feedback on the products you want to see in the catalog in the future.
Do you offer prescription drugs?
No. We only offer comfort care items.

ORDER DELIVERY


How do I receive my order? Do you have a store location? Can I pick up my order?
Our current guidelines only allow mail shipment. In-person order pick-up is not available at the moment.
Do I have to cover the delivery costs?
OTC Stores provides free to-the-door delivery.
What is the average delivery time?
OTC Stores is committed to 3-5 days delivery after the order fulfillment.
Will you deliver to a PO BOX?
Yes, we deliver to PO BOX.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account at cca.otcstores.com, in your order confirmation email or text message, or by calling our Customer Service at +1(855)514-3399 (TTY: 711).
Can I cancel or change my order online?
If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please call our Customer Service at +1(855)514-3399 (TTY: 711). If your order has been already processed, we won't be able to make any changes.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
If you have received a damaged package or you are not satisfied with the condition of your items, please contact our Customer Service at +1(855)514-3399 (TTY: 711) or send an email to support@otcstores.com for further assistance.
